my bets are on the dollar that you CAN, but no one wants to do THAT much work, seeing how much more detailed provinces are in victoria II than eu4. Is it possible to add new provinces or to even create new provinces in Victoria II, like you can In EU4?. in other words, it would make a realistic mod set from 1815-2020, more possible than you may have thought imaginable. This may allow for more IC for nations with more resources ina given area, so this May actually allow for 10-20 thousand IC scores. could this work for Victoria 2?, not only add more regions and states to build factories and the like. VERY realistically over time, yet, it shows armies enter vast areas of land. then you see The Voltaire's Nightmare Map mod, and for a large bit of the game, borders change. Sort of curious, since I have a theory that the reason Victoria II can go so crazy with border changes during the game is because there aren't that many states and provinces. TLDR: It's like people don't read Pinned Topics, Dev replies or Dev Posts in the News section.I am. The Devs have hyped up the Campaign quite a bit with all the stuff they've mentioned that is supposed to be in and the replayability of it. To have automated "content" be put out so we all have something to do to kill the time until the Campaign. This is also why the Devs decided to create and release the Weekly Challenge Map system. (Which got delayed due to Bug Fixes and having to address all the "false" reports) Since they had to rush to Early Access we need to wait for the Campaign to be done, which is slated for a Spring/Summer timeframe. The original plan was to have a "Closed" Beta of Survival -> Add Campaign(The major game mode) -> Steam Early Access -> Fixes + Feedback changes -> Official Release. I've beaten every scenario possible in this game and love it to death but will get bored if they don't do something to add content soon.Īre you serious?
